Mens T – An Torc

28,5035,00

The boar (‘an torc’ in irish) were wild pigs native to Ireland considered sacred by the Celts. The Tuatha de Danann goddess Brigid was said to have owned An Torc Triath, the king of the Boars. Brigid’s father, The Dagda, was said to have possessed two magical pigs –  one of which was always growing whilst the other was always roasting! An original design by Mike O’Connor.

A really cool tee shirt, I wear it with pride. I love learning about all the obscure celtic characters from the Tuatha De Danann, Ireland has such a wild and fascinating history.
