The Bird & Lion is our own celtic interpretation of the yin yang symbol from Taoist Philosophy. The gentle bird and the ferocious lion are entwined in an eternal struggle to maintain the perfect balance between light and darkness, good and evil. This is one of our most popular designs, an intricate display of celtic knot-work symbolising harmony between opposing forces. This version is surrounded by classic celtic knot-work on a hand-blended background. The big print is on the while and a small ‘bird & lion logo’ crest print is on the front.
